Publications Terms of Use
Limitations
to Rights of Use:
The Bersin & Associates Research Publications consist
of proprietary research, analysis, information, and references
in e-learning and training. This information is owned
by Bersin & Associates and has been obtained through Bersin
& Associates patented research methodologies and research
database, unless otherwise stated. Many of these documents
are the result of many months or years of work-effort on the
part of multiple people. All documents, presentations,
and advice offered through these publications are provided
on an as-is basis and subject to change. All documents,
images, photos, slides, or diagrams in these materials are
licensed only to the registered user, and except as listed
below, not to be reused, duplicated, sold, distributed, copied,
edited, or sent to other parties without express written permission
from Bersin & Associates.
Individuals employed by or working for research analyst firms,
industry analyst firms, or benchmarking consulting firms are
not entitled to read, download, or use any Bersin & Associates
information. Such individuals and their employers are
subject to legal action and severe penalties for damages if
they are identified as reading, using, or in any way distributing
Bersin & Associates information, methodologies, analysis,
or research best practices.
Bersin & Associates is not responsible for the accuracy
or completeness of these research documents. Bersin
& Associates in no way warrants the accuracy of information
in these documents.
Rights
of Distribution:
All studies and documents purchased or made available through
membership are single-copy versions licensed to the purchaser
only. The purchaser is entitled to make one printed
copy and one electronic copy for their own use only.
These documents are not licensed for copying
or distribution. The purchaser does not have
rights to post documents on any website, email documents to
others, extract graphics, or quote excerpts from these documents
unless given explicit written permission by Bersin & Associates.
You may not post any documents, tables, images,
or extracted segments from any documents on this site on any
other external website without express written permission
from Bersin & Associates.
If you would like to make copies of these documents for internal
distribution, you can purchase unlimited distribution rights
in either of two ways:
- You can purchase unlimited internal distribution rights
to a document for 10X the individual study price of the
document (up to 15,000 employees in the organization).
- You can purchase multiple copies of a document at a discount
from the list price.
- You can join the Enterprise
Learning Research Center as an annual subscriber, which
enables you to buy multiple user subscriptions to access
documents by more than one user.
Research Membership:
Research Members have the rights to distribute PDF or printed
versions of Bersin & Associates research under the following
conditions:
- Research Members can only distribute materials to a limited
number of users, based on the level of membership
they purchase: workgroup, divisional, or enterprise.
Please consult your agreement or talk with Bersin &
Associates if you do not understand these restrictions.
- Research Members may not distribute materials
to anyone outside of their organization as defined
in their research membership. For example, if you
purchase a workgroup or divisional membership, you may distribute
materials within that workgroup or division (to the number
of users limited above) but you may not distribute materials
to other groups in your enterprise.
- Because of the nature of electronic materials and the
ease of distribution of these materials, we expect Research
Members to use care in forwarding materials
and notify internal readers of these terms.
Copyright:
All information in these publications are original and copyrighted

Industry statistics may be quoted only if attributed
to Bersin & Associates. Purchaser has a revocable
license to these documents. If the purchaser violates
any of the terms of this agreement this license may be revoked
and no refunds will be given.
